Albee Ho, a former makeup artist turned Yoga and Pilates instructor, embarked on a transformative journey that led her to discover her passion for fitness. Despite her initial indifference towards exercise, an encounter with a Yoga teacher at Yogis ignited a newfound enthusiasm within her. Immersing herself in the realm of Yoga, she found her true calling. Albee devoted herself to learning and refining her skills, culminating in achieving the prestigious RYT200 Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification and YACEP100 Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Certification accredited by the American Yoga Alliance. Pursuing further growth, she also earned certification as a Pilates instructor, showcasing her dedication to personal development.
