Service Description

Ashtanga is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes breathing, stretching and strength. It is often composed of sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends, inversions and restorative poses. Ashtanga also includes pranayama (breath control), mantra chanting and meditation.
