Service Description

我們將在Alignment Yoga放慢腳步，由最基本的式子開始，重新審視每個細節，調整每個動作，以提高肌肉運動的準繩度以及提昇練習的効能，並減低受傷的風險。 We will be taking slower steps in Alignment Yoga to review the details of the asanas, starting from the very basic ones, so we would be able to fine tune our movements to achieve higher accuracy and increase the effectiveness of our practice, at the same time reducing the risk of injury.

Cancellation Policy

Dear Students, To ensure the smooth running of our classes and to avoid wasting teaching resources, please take note of the following regulations and adhere to them: 1. Use our official app to manage your class timings. Reservations must be made through the designated app to ensure seamless attendance. 2. Kindly bring your package card to class for easy access to the classroom and to fully benefit from the teaching. 3. As per our class cancellation policy, if you need to cancel a scheduled class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of one class from your pass. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
