Service Description

Personal training is a one-on-one session with a certified personal trainer who can guide you through an exercise program tailored to your specific needs and goals. YOGA personal training is a personalized yoga program designed to meet the goals and needs of the individual. It may involve one-on-one instruction with a Yoga Personal Trainer, creating an individualized sequence of postures and poses that best fits the client’s body and lifestyle. Pilates and equipment personal training is a combination of Pilates exercises and the use of equipment such as weights, bands, or resistance machines to help you reach your fitness and health goals.

Dear Students, To ensure the smooth running of our classes and to avoid wasting teaching resources, please take note of the following regulations and adhere to them: 1. Use our official app to manage your class timings. Reservations must be made through the designated app to ensure seamless attendance. 2. Kindly bring your package card to class for easy access to the classroom and to fully benefit from the teaching. 3. As per our class cancellation policy, if you need to cancel a scheduled class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of one class from your pass. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
